Back to the USA for the Winter

We had some down time (mostly) in the US to spend time with family, which included:

A trip to Boise to see Ridge and Marina and move the last of our stuff from a Boise storage unit to St. George.

Thanksgiving with Nate and Josie (and Ridge and Marina) and Josie’s family in Phoenix, followed by some time in Sedona to do some hiking.

A trip to Ojai California to visit Susie’s brother and bring some stuff to the storage unit in St. George. No photos…

A Christmas flight to Miami and 10-day cruise to southern Caribbean (with altered itinerary due to Covid)

A 10 day stay in Orlando with our whole family, visiting theme parks

A 5 week stay in St. George relaxing and fixing and improving things at our vacation rental and hosting friends and family for quilting, hiking, Parade of Homes, eating. It was kind of strange to spend 5 weeks in one place, but it was good to just hang out and enjoy the vacation rental and share it with friends and family.

And now, we are off to Panama, Colombia and Ecuador for seven weeks, then back to St. George for a month, and then in June (depending on geopolitical situation) off to Romania to help with the BYU Pathway program!

Thanks! How is your family? I love hearing Deb’s and Whiney’s comments in Zoom Relief Society.
