Angkor Wat is Amazing

We had an opportunity to spend a few days in Siem Reap (សៀមរាប) and spent one morning at Angkor Wat ( អង្គរវត្ ), an ancient Hindu Temple from the early 12th century, converted to a Buddhist Temple in the late 12th century.  We arrived before sunrise and stayed until about noon.  Fortunately this is the off season so it was not overrun…  We walked through three different temples with a guide:   Angkor Wat, the main temple, Ta Prohm, the temple that is overgrown with trees, and the Bayon temple, built as a Buddhist temple with lots of smiling faces.

Love the pics, so glad you got to visit Angkor Wat! Is there a way to scroll through the pics Dave? Am I missing something? When I click on one I then have to hit the back arrow to get to the next one. Is it because I have an apple computer?

    1. I don’t think there is a way to scroll through all of the full-sized pictures right now. I’ll look to see if there is a different authoring tool that would enable that…
