After Astorga, the hills become larger, the landscape changes and we climbed into higher elevations. The highlights of this section were Cruz de Ferro and the mountain village of O Cebreiro.

We finish the Meseta portion of the Camino with rest days in two beautiful towns: Leon and Astorga. Next up, we start back into mountains on the way to Santiago de Compostella.
